The Einstein of Anime - Senran Kagura

This blog is homage to my first ever blog I did that I would call something I'm proud of, as I did it on said anime just for old me so enjoy!! This show is so absurdly weird because it takes it's self seriously but the concept of the anime is very stupid that I cannot help to find it hilarious. However, Ninja Flash is entertaining from how it's filled with a lot of ecchi including some of my personal favourites; upskirts, yuri ecchi moments, wedgies, unrealistic jiggles, rice rolls, cylinder objects that are magically pulled from the girl's cleverage. Also plenty other moments that are so lewd-icris that makes it hilarious from how exaggerated it can be at times. The main character is Asuka, Asuka goes to a school that has a secret part for the shinobi and reminds me of M.I high but with anime (it's stupid that the others in the school don't notice this). The anime is about ninja school girls that you think transform into ninja attire, but it's just skimpy ...

Green in Anime

Image
In this blog I will be going over the psychological meanings of a certain colour called green and relating it to green haired anime characters that fit the description of that meaning and explaining why they fit perfectly as that side of the green connotations. Poison as Hikage From - Senran Kagura Hikage is a apathetic emotionless 17 year old. She can be described as a snake, in many many ways she can be seen as poisonous; a sharp tongue that cuts deep by being very frank about things talking about things the way she sees them making her very savage. Not to mention she has a snake tattoo on her hip so making her poison was a obvious choice and there not much green haired characters to fit this one except Hikage Her Guardian being a snake really represent her on the battlefield, being a bloodthirsty swift berserker when she gets deep into battle, using her knifes to cut deep like poison and her fighting style is very machine like almost as if it has a mind of its like poison it's ...

Three Themes

Image
This blog is kind of a miscellaneous blog; what I'm trying to say is that it's a 3 mini blogs in one but each one has a theme related. I hope you enjoy this blog and have fun. Subgenre Theme - Bodyhorror Body Horror or biological horror is subgenre of horror involves showing of graphic psychologically disturbing images of the human body, for example, mutations, disease, mutilation or unnatural movement of the body. Some examples are; in Akira the most prolific scene at the end that involves Tetsuo, losing control because of his newfound physic ability and mutates into a human version of a Eldritch Abomination (A horrific monster, often of otherworldly origin, that brings terror and breaks sanity of thing that is around it) The manga makes it much worse by making it more detailed which is only a portion of terror that the manga brings. Attack on titan is another prime example of body horror as the titans are deformed gender-less naked giant humans that when they lose a limp or b...

Mirai Nikki Review | Collab

Image
Welcome to our first collaborative wiki organised with my psychological community Characters & Story - Neko.Inaru Hey, Neko here, and as the subtitle suggests ill be giving a run down and my thoughts on the story of Mirai Nikki; spoiler free of course. Mirai Nikki, or Future diary in english, is in short, a game between players, to the death. Well its not quite as simple as that you see, this one in particular is a part of the sub genre I'd like to call, the survival-game genre. It's self-explanatory, but basically it's where a chosen group of players battle in some sort through means of a game, or multiple games with many rules, or none at all, until one person or team remains. In this show, the whole premise is built on these things called Future diaries. Yukiteru Amano, your normal everyday protagonist is a shy guy with no particular talents or interests who just so happens to be chosen at random to play a game, by the god of space and time himself, Deus Ex Machina. ...

A Simple Masterpiece

Image
I'll be talking about a special anime that I think is an unorthodox masterpiece. In the world of MMORPG, Tsukasa finds himself trapped in this unfamiliar world as he is unable to log out and has slight amnesia. He awakes in the dungeon with no recollection of the past, Tsukasa tries to avoid all interaction with other players as much as possible while looking for answers of why he got here in the first place as he tries to avoid people that all fails as he meets a particular character named Mimiru. She tries to interact with Tsukasa but he is an introvert to social activity, in result he ends up running away everytime. That doesn't stop Mimiru as later they finally form a bond, she noticed that Tsukasa is vulnerable as a player and as a person so she vows to protect him no matter what. She has another acquaintance named Bear who acts like the moral group support and strength of the group. Tsukasa joins the squad of average users in a quest to untangle the mystery behind Tsukasa...

Why Harems Can Be Good

Image
Before telling you why I like the Harem genre, first I have to tell you what a harem actually is for all you newbie anime watchers out there who have maybe never seen a harem anime and none other than the Legend of Amino Coma will explain; A harem is the polygamous relationships between one male specimen and various females or wives, or a love triangle can also be technically a harem. This comes from Islamic culture and Japan the land of everything weird was like “Yoink, I’ll take this”. First reason, why I like the harem genre in anime is because of fan service, fanservice in Japan is called Fan Sābisu aka Fan Service usually referring to a work of fiction or literature that aims to pleasure the audience through act of sexual or “lewd” or ecchi moments. The reason I like it is that it has its own place in anime to appeal to the teenage males out there because in Japan it’s very popular as there an abundant of Intel’s or virgins so of course studio’s would want to profit off this. Hare...

Greek Anime Twins

╭────── ˚✩ ༘*ೄ˚ ──────╮ Greek Mythology ╰────── ˚✩ ༘*ೄ˚ ──────╯ Greek Mythology is a collection of narrative stories, "myths" and teachings that come from ancient Greeks usually revolving around great figures that are linked to Greece such as Gods, Goddesses, Titans, creatures and legendary heroes with some of explaining the origins and importance of their ancient society also used to be a religion in ancient Greece.  I took these Gods, Goddesses and heroes of Greek mythology then relating it to anime by taking one anime character and one God, Goddesses or hero and finding similarities between the two through their personalities and stories ┅┅┅┅┅┅┅༻❁༺┅┅┅┅┅┅┅ —⟪ Introduction ⟫— I hope you enjoy this blog. This blog was so hard to think of characters in anime that related to Greek Mythology as I have the worst memory when it comes to this, so I decide to go with the some popular gods as they're are easier but I found it challenging which made it more enjoyable to write The ...

Ninja Trend in Anime

Image
Trend Introduction - The Ninja trend in anime revolves around historically mercenary units that were used in feudal Japan in the Sengoku Period (15th - 17th Century) Ninja's or Shinobi both derive from "Shinobi No Mono" meaning "One Who Endures" Ninja's in entertainment such as shounen or action anime are more often based on legends and folklores rather than being historically accurate In history, Shinobi mainly were used for espionage, assassination, infiltration and guerilla warfare for regional clans to be used as spies to retrieve Intel on neighbouring clans and to gain power, historical accounts of Ninja's or Shinobi are scarce but we do know that they used teachings of Ninjutsu which is strategies and tactics of unconventional warfare while using various equipment associated with Ninjas such as shuriken, kunai, katana's and kudarigama (et cetera) Where as, in popular culture it's often associated with superhuman powers such as flight, invis...
